Crew Member (Non-Driving)
Position Introduction:

Position Summary:
All of our positions provide employees with a fast-paced and interesting work environment with opportunities to utilize and further develop skills in sales, marketing, customer service, conflict resolution, communication, project management, logistics, and equipment operation. Your Responsibilities
CREW MEMBER (Non-Driving)
$19.50/hr starting base rate + $4/hr in tips* = $23.50/hr on average
CREW MEMBER (Driving)
$21.50/hr base rate + $4/hr in tips* = $25.50/hr on average
Crew members are the foundation of our business, and our first resource for recruiting future crew leaders. Crew members work under the direction of crew leaders performing manual labor of junk removal and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITES
In addition to the positions listed above, we provide promotion opportunities for our Driving and Non-driving crew members into positions of greater responsibility. At GI Junk we prefer to promote from within and offer Crew Leader, and Crew Master opportunities to employees that exhibit leadership potential and strive to follow our company values. These leadership positions pay $21.50 - $30 an hour, depending on position, performance, length of service with the company.
*Tips are not guaranteed, but our customers know that we employ Veterans and Military Families and often tip generously based on the exceptional customer service they receive. The $4/hr average listed in this job posting is a true average based on hours worked and tips received by our current employees over the last several months. Your experience may vary.

Schedule
We build our schedule for a Day shift time frame that generally runs from 7:30AM to 5:30PM.
