Ready to make a significant impact at G.I. Junk Removal, a rapidly expanding Veteran-owned company?
Since 2018, we've transformed from a concept into a thriving, revenue-generating business, deeply committed to Veteran employment and community service.
As we approach our most ambitious year yet, we're seeking an Operations Manager to propel us forward.
We're looking for someone with the energy of a Military Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), an entrepreneurial mindset, and a truck load of experience in getting things done.
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety and efficiency in our day-to-day Crew Operations. Reporting directly to the Owners, you will supervise a team of 10-15 hourly employees, leading by example with our Core Values:
Integrity - Do What you Say.
Respect - People, Places, & Property
Mission First - Get the Job Done.
Compassionate Approach - We are Here to Help.
Exceptional Service - Exceed Expectations
Being our Operations Manager means embracing these values and understanding that we want to Empower Veterans while we restore space and peace of mind for our customers and community. As a local, Veteran-owned and operated junk removal company, we do our best to sort, recycle, and redeploy as much material as possible, minimizing landfill waste and giving back to our community. Our unique focus on redeploying second-hand household goods to Veterans in need sets us apart, as does our company culture of military competence. Ready to serve since 2018, we stand firm to make a lasting impact on lives, spaces, and the environment for years to come.
