G.I. Junk Removal knows not all of our employees have a military affiliation but generally, everyone has some idea about what a military culture might look like. We lean into that! We've named our vehicles with military flare, our positions are like a rank structure, and our lingo is rife with military swagger. Our customers especially enjoy this aspect as we greet them with "Sir & Ma'am", we confirm with them with a confident, "Roger that!" and much more. We have a good time with it.

Camaraderie

Veterans are people that want to serve other including their battle buddies, their company and their communities. Our employees that have a military background are able to connect quickly with each other because they share stories and understand each others experiences. Even our employees who don't have the military perspective are included immediately because the military perspective includes the belief; take care of the newbie! Teach, coach and mentor them to be part of a high functioning team because you have to rely on each other.

At G.I. Junk Removal we recognize that our work can be hard, it can wear you out some days. That's why we are always looking for ways to show our employees the appreciation for the hard work.
